We send out email notifications of new listings by request only. Any visitor who would like to receive email notification of our new listings is encouraged to submit their name and email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of our opt-in email notifications.
2. Unless required by law, we will never sell, rent, share or otherwise disclose your personal information to a third party without your express permission. Never. We will only access your personal information when you specifically request us to do so (e.g. you contact us with questions or a specific request) or when required by law.
We may sell or disclose information about user habits in aggregate only. We will never do so in a manner that could even remotely be individually identifiable. For example, we could access and share information like "At what time of day do a majority of Always Open House visitors prefer to view listings?" but we would not share information like "What are the home-viewing preferences of a particular visitor from the 90024 zip code."

As with most web sites, we log each visit to our web pages. Our Web server automatically recognizes only the user's domain name, not the email address. TheAlwaysOpenHouse.com sends a "cookie" to the user's computer that contains an identification number unique to the user's computer.
